Reese NP in Family Health believes you should receive the care you deserve, to help ensure a better quality of life. This decision will be revisited as the needs of the office develop.

Accepted Insurance Plans: None (super bill provided for reimbursement),

Accepted Method of Payment:  Credit Card, Prepaid CreditCard, Debit Card, Money Order, Health Savings Account, and Cash. (NO PERSONAL CHECKS)

 Payment is due at the time of service.

Cancellation fee is assessed at $50 if appointment is not canceled 24 hours in advance. Cancellation fee must be paid prior to next scheduled appointment.
